OUR COUNTERTOPS
Aristoline offers many options for your countertop needs. Here are some product details that may help you decide which is right for you.
LAMINATE COUNTERTOPS Being the most economical choice, laminate countertops are the most widely used countertop material. Laminate is resistant to most stains and has very low maintenance. The color and pattern choices are vast and there are many new textures and edges that have come out to rival the look of natural stone. On the downside, laminate can suffer damage that is extremely hard to repair, if at all, from sharp objects and hot pans. As with all countertops, the use of cutting boards and hot pads are highly recommended.
CULTURED MARBLE COUNTERTOPS Ideal for bathroom applications, cultured marble is a cast polymer product that offers the look of marble or granite at a more economical price. Cultured marble offers many options including fully integrated sinks, custom showers, bathtubs and whirlpool tubs as well as shower caddies and shower seats. The maintenance on cultured marble is low and most minor imperfections can be buffed out or filled.
SOLID SURFACE COUNTERTOPS The most well known line of solid surface countertops is Corian, the brand who developed the technology. Known for it's durability, solid surface countertops are both heat and scratch resistant. Since the color of the material runs through the countertop, burns and deep scratches can be easily buffed out. This also allows for seams to be hidden and sinks & inlays to be seamlessly inline with the countertop. Solid Surface is nonporous, stains do not penetrate the surface and germs and bacteria have no place to grow. Solid surface is extremely versatile in its applications, it can be used for custom showers & shower components, outdoor applications & table tops to name a few.
QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS We carry many lines of quartz countertops but we are proud to feature Cambria Quartz Countertops, as the only quartz countertops produced in the United States. Created from natural quartz, these countertops are extremely durable and resistant to heat, scratches and stains. The coloration of quartz countertops is more uniform than granite but unlike granite is a maintenance free product. It is a nonporous/nonabsorbant material that does not allow bacteria and germs to grow or stains to penetrate in. Quartz countertops are considered "food safe" and are approved for use in commercial kitchens.
GRANITE COUNTERTOPS Nothing compares to the unique beauty of granite countertops. Granite is a very durable stone that as long as it is properly sealed (recommended once a year) can be resistant to stains & discoloration. By nature granite is resistant to scratching and heat. There are countless color choices ranging from very vibrant to very neutral and everything in between. Granite can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.
